TYG is representing an established architecture practice looking to appoint a Market Director to support the continued growth of its Tampa market. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect with 15+ years of industry experience who can combine strong project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management to help drive the next stage of the firm's growth.
About the role:
- Lead project delivery and operational performance across.
- Oversee teams delivering projects, ensuring design quality, technical excellence, and successful project outcomes.
- Build and strengthen relationships with school districts, universities, independent schools, and other key clients.
- Support business development through client engagement, proposals, project pursuits, and presentations.
- Manage project financials, resource planning, budgets, and overall portfolio performance.
- Mentor and develop teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen the firm's presence across Tampa and the wider Florida market.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect (RA)
