Job Summary

TheDirector Supply Chain Serviceswilloversee the end-to-end supply chain management of a designated business unit platformssupportingmetric delivery thruSME defined systems and tools.This individual willbe responsible highlighting and driving value creation& gap closingopportunities.This role will champion technology, optimization, and performance improvementinitiativeto ensure continuous improvement of the supply chain to meet organizationalobjectives.

Key Responsibilities

PlatformStrategy & Leadership:

  • Oversee the end-to-endsupply chainmanagement ofa designatedplatform, frominitialdesign and implementation to optimization and maintenance.
  • Own the enterprise translation of enterprisesupply chain strategiesto a designated platform
  • Ensure application of standard work for scheduling,supply planning,inventory, materialsrequirements planning, service,inventory control,rate management, and run rules.
  • Participate in customer reviews and hyper care processes asappropriate.
  • Steward critical Supply Chain components of the P&L

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Supportthe S&OP process including Inventory, Materials Management, Supply, & Platform Reviews
  • Work closely with business leaders, IT, operations,logistics, procurement, and finance teams toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to understand supply chain needs and translate them intosolutions

Technology& System Integration:

  • Ensure seamless data exchange and integration between different systems& functions(e.g.,SAP, BY, Finance, Sales,etc).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to the platform.

ProcessOptimization:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives& HIPS projectsto enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain performance
  • Inform the organization through metrics & reporting,identifyingissues and work to resolve cross-functionally based on value creationopportunity.
  • Support delivery of organizational KPIs: service, write-offs, days on hand, and plan stability.

TeamLeadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of platform professionals.
  • Support local Supply Chain teams in terms of on-boarding, training, & coaching.
  • Champion process and tool improvement initiatives relatedto S&OP andSupply Chain.

Vendor& Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuringtimelydelivery of services, software updates, and troubleshooting supportand cost recovery process
  • Provide guidance on supply chain terms ofcontracts and manage vendor performance to ensure maximum value.

Risk& Compliance Management:

  • Ensure the supply chain platform adheres to regulatory standards and company policies, including data security and privacy regulations.
  • Identifyand mitigate risks associated with operations, including system downtime, integration failures, and data inaccuracies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma)isa plus.
  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years multi-functional supply chain experience (Planning/ Logistics)
  • Skills:
    • Travel requirement: Willingness to travel 30-50%.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., procurement, inventory management, distribution, logistics, service, scheduling and supply planning).
    • Expertisein technology solutions related to supply chain management.
    • Excellent project management skills with experience in leading large, cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
    • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
      The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $160,266-$240,266 /year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
