SUMMARY

A growing defense technology company is hiring a Director of Supply Chain. This leader will set the strategy and vision for the supply chain organization, overseeing procurement, supplier management, and material planning for a key business area. The role is based in the Raleigh‑Durham area and reports to senior leadership.

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have strong operational skills across supply chain tools, planning, and inventory management strategies
• Know how to lead complex international sourcing, including RFX development, supplier qualification, and contract negotiation
• Bring experience managing change while aligning a team through shifting business demands
• Have a solid understanding of government contracting rules, including FAR and DFAR regulations

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA preferred), along with 10-12 years of supply chain experience and at least 7 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
