Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a global procurement organization and supporting framework
- Planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, and overseeing the work of the procurement staff and other stakeholders
- Developing and implementing short- and long-term plans, goals and objectives focused on achieving department’s mission and assigned priorities
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and championing the use of Lean tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Management or Business discipline
- 7+ years' experience in a manufacturing, production or military environment
- 5+ years' leadership experience in a manufacturing, production or military environment
