Director, Supply Chain Management – Defense Tech

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Mgmt in Clifton, NJ. You will lead the supply chain for the Electronic Warfare Division, overseeing subcontracting, material planning and program management with a ~60-70 person team and 4–5 direct reports.

You will drive staffing, engage with engineering and program teams to influence designs, and pursue productivity improvements in supplier quality, cost and cycle time year over year.
