Director, Supply Chain — Build a Startup-Scale Ops with Equity

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to stand up and lead Arsenal-1, our flagship factory near Columbus, Ohio. You will design the function, align with central supply chain, and ensure material, capacity, and supplier readiness before every rate change and new product.

This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and Deployment Ops, and the ability to translate shortages into clear executive recommendations.
