Our client, a high-growth consumer retail company, seeks a Director of Strategy to report directly to the CEO and partner with the executive leadership team on enterprise-wide strategic planning, competitive insights, and board-level communications. This role will drive high-impact initiatives across new product development, international expansion, enterprise strategy, and the company’s AI transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide strategic planning.
- Generate competitive insights to inform strategy and board-level communications.
- Drive high-impact initiatives in new product development, international expansion, and enterprise strategy.
- Shape the company’s AI transformation agenda.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of strategy consulting experience.
- Additional industry experience that complements strategy work.
Location
Phoenix, AZ (Remote preferred for Eastern or Central time zones; relocation assistance available for Southwest locations).
