Translate executive vision and long-range planning (STRAP) into actionable strategic frameworks and multi-year roadmaps.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and align strategic initiatives across procurement and the broader business.
Drive strategic project concepts and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISC strategy and business objectives.
Act as a central integrator, consolidating and harmonizing existing functional strategies into a unified direction.
Establish a strategy development framework, governance model, and timeline to guide execution and track progress.
Influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed, global organization without direct reporting authority.
Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy development, strategic planning, or business transformation leadership.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction.
