Director Strategy Corporate Development

Arcus have partnered with an exciting AI native business who are building a presence in the US from scratch. They have already raised over $70m in funding and are rapidly expanding their Middle Eastern HQ,

They are seeking a Director of Corporate Development who brings a network and proven experience in the US AI technology space.

You will shape and run the market expansion, joint venture, acquisition and investment opportunity side of the business alongside the North America president. You must have experience in a similar role in IB, PE, VC, Strategy or M&A within the US.

Other requirements include strong financial modelling, executing M&A deals, and conducting in-depth due diligence.
