Director, Strategic Benefit Consultant Partnerships

Marvin Behavioral Health seeks a Director, Benefit Consultant Relations to lead and own partnerships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokerages, shaping how Marvin is perceived in RFPs and renewals. You will cultivate trust with firms such as Aon, Mercer/Marsh, WTW, Lockton, Alliant, and Gallagher and convert advocacy into qualified pipeline for the sales team.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and Partnerships and requires 2 days per week in the office with remaining time
