Director, Strategic Accounts — Private Credit Growth

PactFi is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to own and deepen relationships with institutional clients in the private credit space. You’ll take the handoff from our Account Executives — owning the client relationship and ensuring each account reaches its full potential.

This is a land-and-expand role: you’ll drive retention, expansion, and value over time, managing post-sale outcomes with credibility and commercial rigor across your book.
