Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of global programs
- Develop comprehensive program plans, tracking systems, and reporting tools
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Leverage data and analytics to refine and adapt strategies
- Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards that track performance
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of managing large, cross-functional, data-driven programs
- Ability to oversee complex projects from conception to execution
- Experience working closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
- Exceptional ability to present data and insights clearly to senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience using analytics, data visualization, and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proactive, resourceful, and focused on delivering results
