Director, Senior Portfolio Financing w/ BNP Paribas Securities Corp. in NY, NY. Originate, structure, & srvice crdit financg products, incl securitizatn financg facilities (like ABLs & CLO warehses), NAV loans & adjacnt drivative-orientd financgs.

Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Law, Engg, Bus Admin, or rel field & 12 yrs of exp in Finance.

• Must have 12 yrs of exp w/ Internl Collaboratn- wrking in partnrship w/ multi internl deals to achieve risk approvls, deal closg, & operatnl readiness.
• Must have 11 yrs of exp w/ Contractl Terms Structurg- wrking w/ internl & externl counsels on contrctual structurg.
• Must have 9 yrs of exp w/ Team Leadrship & Traing- traing & organizg more jr members of the team.
• Must have 5 yrs of exp w/ Client Originatn- sourcg deals & revenues from clients by initiatg & dvlpng relatnship.
• Must have 3 yrs of exp w/ Innovation Driver-encouragg/dvlpg new prodcts & new systms for improvd revenue generatns &/or efficiency.
• FINRA Certificatn reqd: S63 & S7TO.
• Dom travel reqd 10% of the time.
• Telecommutg permittd 20%: wrk may be performd w/in norml commutg distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp. office in NY, NY.

Sal: $298,854.00-$325,000.00/yr.
