Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions - North America

C3 AI is hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions. This is a quota‑carrying sales opportunity that builds on your experience in developing high‑value AI use cases and digital transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global 1,000 customers to help them understand, structure, and implement digital transformation strategies.
• Engage in strategic relationships with customers to ensure realization of their digital transformation goals.
• Develop, maintain, and manage strategic customer engagement plans.
• Research and identify customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings.
• Represent C3 AI by driving business development with alliance partners.
• Engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Prior sales consulting or management consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning.
• Experience in consulting, defense, intelligence, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, or energy is a plus.
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Competitive base salary with generous commissions, equity plan, and comprehensive benefits package.

California Base Pay Range: $160,000 – $185,000 USD

New York Base Pay Range: $160,000 – $185,000 USD
