Director, Securities & Corporate Counsel — Hybrid (SF)

Kikoff is seeking a Director, Securities & Corporate Counsel to own the company’s securities and corporate program as it scales. You will lead governance, disclosure, and capital-market work, and be central to any potential IPO.

You will work with the CRO/Finance and the board in a lean, senior legal team. This hybrid role requires Seattle-level ownership with a San Francisco presence for in-office collaboration.
