My large, publicly held client in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting. This role would own the SEC reporting function and work closely with other accounting areas, under the supervision of the Senior Director.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEC reporting function
- Collaborate with other accounting areas under the supervision of the Senior Director
Qualifications
- CPA certification
- Strong 10K, 10Q SEC reporting expertise
- 8+ years of financial reporting and technical accounting experience
- Ability to go to Pawtucket 2x per week in-office
Compensation is up to $175K + bonus
