Wheels Up seeks a Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead our SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and apply US GAAP with SOX controls. You’ll work with Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors, shaping disclosures and ensuring accuracy across the financial statements.
The role requires 8+ years in public accounting, CPA, and strong memo-writing skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across Finance and Legal. Hybrid work in Chamblee, GA or New York is possible.
