Director, SEC Reporting & Controllership Growth

SkyWater Search Partners, in partnership with a multi-billion dollar global public company, is seeking a high-visibility controllership leader in Chicago. This role emphasizes developing a team, driving process improvements, and building a world-class controllership function in a hybrid office setting (2-3 days onsite).

Ideally, candidates will come from Big 4 with Senior Manager or Director experience in public accounting or an equivalent path ready for broader progression.
