Be the primary face to the customer, corporate and sites, as well as foster cross functional relationships broadly to fully realize enterprise sellingWhat you’ll be doing.Effectively negotiate and maintain customer contracts, maximizing value to drive volume, share and profit growth for McCainCreate, execute, and manage business plans to consistently overdeliver volume and net sales targets, as well as annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) objectivesCoordinate activities with and through McCain Insights, Category Management, Marketing and Culinary using annual planning calendars to meet all established timelinesCreate annual sales budgets that deliver McCain AOC and cascade through the sales organizationFocus on high sales performance across all markets to exceed customer’s performance expectationsFocus on prioritizing activities and customer targets leveraging both corporate and banner relationships as well as internal cross-functional teams to enable flawless activationEnsure all Opportunity & Risks are properly documented and followed through to completion utilizing the O&R log and process to track and measure successDemonstrate principled leadership within the collaborative and team-oriented environment always striving to do business the right way on behalf of the customer.What you’ll need to be successful.Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management or related field, and five years of experience as a manager or related occupation with sales/manufacturing leadership experience in the frozen food industryExperience with potato processing operations (peeling, blanching, frying, freezing) and packaging optimization for extended shelf lifeExperience with capacity modeling and strategic network design for the frozen potato businessExperience in HACCP, USDA/FDA, FSMA within frozen foodsExperience with cost savings via line balancing, waste reduction, and throughput improvementsExperience with ROI modelling, vendor negotiations, commissioning, and cross-functional project executionExperience with OEE, downtime analysis, and micro-stoppage root cause programs in 24x7 multi-line, high-throughput facilitiesExperience with OEE tracking at scale using real-time production monitoring systemsExperience implementing AI-based yield optimization, machine learning for predictive maintenance, digital twin simulationsExperience with leadership of cold-chain and IQF technologies in a USDA/FDA-regulated environmentExperience managing large teams in both union and non-union settings; Experience with capital project execution, digital manufacturing systems and regulatory auditsExperience with food safety, sanitation, allergen control, and environmental compliance within frozen foodsExperience in sustainability strategy implementation and reporting within manufacturing environmentsExperience restructuring large manufacturing site operations for maximizing human capitalExperience managing upstream agricultural supply chain and dealing with seasonality, variability, and climate riskExperience managing multi-country manufacturing teams with varying labor laws, cultural dynamics, and union environments. About the team.This role will have travel required - 25-30% throughout the US & Canada (McCain plant locations, client sites). Our hybrid work model supports flexibility while enabling strong connection and impact across teams.Compensation Package: $203,923 - $269,500 USD annually + bonus eligibilityThe above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
