Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide safety strategy and culture transformation.
• Direct corporate safety, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop safety analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, workers’ compensation, and safety training.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing safety team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CSP, CIH, or related certification preferred.
• Expertise in EHS leadership within manufacturing environments.
• Experience with OSHA, FDA, cGMP, and environmental compliance.
• Strong skills in hazard analysis, incident investigation, and ergonomics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and safety culture improvements.
