WORK SCHEDULE

40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Up to 20% travel to various domestic locations per business need.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Analyzing EBITDA, including calculation of adjustments; Net Working Capital, including trend analysis and calculation of adjustments; Debt analysis; Reviewing sale and purchase agreements to assess and refine accounting and financial terms; U.S. GAAP; ASC 606; IFRS; SEC financial reporting issues.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.
