Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy

CCL seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to architect and lead its end-to-end revenue operating model, driving alignment between Sales and Marketing and establishing strategy, governance, and performance frameworks for scalable growth.

You will own forecasting discipline, CRM governance, pipeline health, and cross-functional SLAs. Collaborate with senior leaders to shape GTM strategies, leverage data insights, and improve revenue across the organization.
