Salary: $84,094.40 - $117,998.40 annually
We are seeking a Director of Revenue Integrity to lead hospital and physician revenue cycle, charge capture, CDM/chargemaster, reimbursement, compliance, and revenue optimization initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle, this leader drives net revenue improvement, revenue integrity strategy, data accuracy, and financial performance across the organization.
This role partners with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Coding, Compliance, PFS, Clinical Operations, and IT to ensure accurate, complete, timely, and compliant revenue cycle data, billing, and reimbursement processes.
- Lead Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle, CDM/chargemaster, charge capture, and reimbursement operations
- Oversee charge capture accuracy, CDM maintenance, reconciliation, and compliance monitoring
- Reduce denials, underpayments, payment variance, and revenue leakage
- Ensure data integrity, billing accuracy, coding alignment, and revenue cycle reporting quality
- Drive net revenue improvement, KPI performance, and financial outcomes
- Perform revenue cycle data analysis, trend identification, and root cause analysis
- Develop executive reporting on revenue integrity performance, KPIs, and financial impact
- Maintain revenue integrity policies, workflows, controls, and systems
- Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, MaineCare, payer rules, and federal/state regulations
- Lead process improvement, corrective action plans, and revenue cycle optimization initiatives
- Partner with clinical teams to improve documentation, coding, charging, and billing accuracy
- Lead and develop Revenue Integrity team
