Director of Revenue Cycle and Payroll - High-Growth Healthcare Company

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of leadership experience in healthcare finance, financial operations, revenue cycle, or related functions; healthcare or related field required
• Experience leading operational teams, implementing process improvements, and driving measurable business results
• Strong background in financial reporting, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration within a complex organization

What you’ll do:

• Lead critical financial operations functions, including revenue cycle management, payroll operations, and operational finance activities
• Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives
• Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and operational metrics that drive accountability and performance
• Support organizational growth through process optimization, systems enhancements, and integration initiatives

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
• The expected range for this role is $180,000-$200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
