Director Revenue Cycle Automation Analytics Quality )
The Director of Revenue Cycle Automation, Analytics, Epic Training & Quality provides strategic leadership for enterprise revenue cycle automation, performance analytics, Epic system training, and staff quality monitoring programs. This role partners closely with Revenue Cycle Operations leadership to identify and evaluate automation opportunities, develop business cases and ROI analyses, and lead the design and deployment of automation solutions across the end‑to‑end revenue cycle.

JOB SUMMARY
The Director maintains accountability for the full automation lifecycle, including ongoing monitoring to ensure performance, stability, and expected financial outcomes. In addition, the Director oversees enterprise Epic‑specific training and revenue cycle orientation, and centralized staff quality monitoring programs that assess adherence to standard operating procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Experience
7 years or more of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle, analytics, automation, or related functions, including leadership experience. Demonstrated experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules and UiPath or comparable RPA platforms. Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end revenue cycle operations.
- Education
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Experience
Experience with AI‑driven automation or advanced analytics tools. Experience leading enterprise training, QA, or performance improvement programs. Epic revenue Cycle certification or Epic build experience.
JOB DUTIES
- Automation Strategy, ROI, and Governance
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations to identify, prioritize, and evaluate automation opportunities
- Lead development of ROI models and business cases to support investment decisions
- Establish and maintain governance processes for automation intake, prioritization, and execution
- Automation Development & Lifecycle Management
- Lead design, development, and deployment of automation solutions across the revenue cycle
- Oversee teams responsible for RPA (UiPath) and AI‑enabled automation solutions
- Ensure solutions align with Epic workflows and operational processes
- Own end‑to‑end automation lifecycle (intake > ROI > build > deploy > monitor)
- Monitor performance of deployed automation to ensure stability, efficiency, and ROI realization
- Revenue Cycle Analytics
- Oversee analytics team responsible for reporting and performance insights
- Support automation prioritization, ROI modeling, and performance tracking through data analysis
- Ensure delivery of actionable insights across key revenue cycle metrics
- Epic Training & Revenue Cycle Orientation
- Lead enterprise Epic‑specific training programs for all revenue cycle staff
- Oversee role‑based Epic training and system updates/upgrade education
- Provide standardized revenue cycle orientation for new staff
- Ensure alignment between Epic workflows, automation processes, and standard operating procedures
- Staff Quality Monitoring (QA)
- Lead enterprise staff quality monitoring program evaluating adherence to SOPs
- Establish QA methodologies, scoring frameworks, and reporting processes
- Identify performance trends, errors, and variation across revenue cycle staff
- Partner with operations to address performance gaps and reinforce standardization
- Utilize QA findings to inform automation opportunities, training priorities, and process improvements
- Integration & Continuous Improvement
- Align analytics, QA findings, automation initiatives, and training programs
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, quality, and financial performance
- Leadership & Team Management
- Directly oversee Manager, Revenue Cycle Analytics; Manager, Epic Training & Staff Quality Monitoring; and Automation Development Team (RPA/AI developers and analysts)
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Build high‑performing teams focused on innovation, data, and continuous improvement
