Director, Retention & Loyalty Growth

Dr. Squatch is seeking an Associate Director of Retention & Loyalty to lead the health and growth of our DTC customer base, owning subscription, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing as integrated levers to drive retention, LTV, and long-term revenue.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you’ll manage a team of five and partner with Digital Product and Growth to revamp programs, define experience, and map the roadmap for retention-driven growth across channels.
