Director- Restructuring Team

Requirements:

Institutional finance firm is seeking a Director to join its restructuring team in Midtown Manhattan.

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include analyzing complex financial and restructuring situations, developing financial models and strategic recommendations, overseeing analyst work, preparing client and board materials, and participating in client meetings and negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree plus either an MBA, JD, or CFA and at least three years of progressively responsible restructuring experience or a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of restructuring
