Director, Residential Securitized Products Structuring

Selby Jennings is seeking a Director to lead the Residential Securitized Products Structuring team in New York. The role focuses on structuring and executing RMBS transactions across Non-QM, Prime Jumbo, DSCR, RTL, and CRT assets, coordinating with trading, syndicate, and origination units.

You will develop cash flow models, collateral analyses, and tranche structures, interfacing with originators, servicers, rating agencies, and investors to drive pricing and closing.
