The Director, Marketing Strategy at Novartis Group of Companies will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for a key Lp(a) brand, reporting to the Executive Director, US Marketing Strategy within Cardiovascular. Hybrid East Hanover, NJ with up to 20% travel.

You will partner across insights, HCP marketing strategy, and media to translate customer insights into data-driven campaigns, shape brand experiences, and optimize performance across channels.
