Director, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program (Fully Remote)

• Develop the complete residency program structure including duration, training stages, and ramp schedules.
• Build and codify the curriculum for PMHNP residents, focusing on clinical topics.

Accreditation & Compliance:

• Lead accreditation efforts, becoming a content expert on CAPP requirements within one year.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and current best practices.
• Mentor residents, providing hands-on training and support for their transition to practice.
• Manage performance, including improvement plans and evaluations.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to integrate residents into the culture.
• Contribute to scaling the program and shaping the future of pediatric mental health care.
