Director, Provider Experience & Strategy (Hybrid)

Oscar Health is hiring a Director to join the Provider Integration and Experience team in New York. This role is responsible for driving strategy, program design and implementation to enhance our provider experience.

You will report to the VP and lead cross-functional initiatives with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office). The base pay ranges from $198,720 to $260,820 per year, with benefits, equity, unlimited vacation and annual bonuses.
