- Drive the strategy and execution of large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects aligned with Capital One’s business priorities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 9 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
- At least 7 years of People Management experience
- Preferred: Masters in Business Administration
- Preferred: 10+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
- Preferred: 3+ years of Operations experience
- Preferred: 7+ years of People Management experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of Learning & Development experience
- Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
