- Experience within an aerospace / DOD / Missile systems environment
- Hands on manager – willingness to get hand dirty on shop floor
- Will have 10 project managers reporting to them – must be able to build a team
- Must be high energy
- In charge of setting up processes
- Master scheduling duties
- FAR / DFAR Experience
- Contract proposals
- Earned Value management
Education
- Bachelors required but MBA and/or PMP Certs preferred
