We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join our Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
* Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands. Build and articulate business cases. Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
* Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms. Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
* Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
* Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
* Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
* Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
* Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
* Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
