- Define and drive the vision for bringing AI into the search and discovery experience, including conversational search and personalization.
- Set and track product KPIs for search relevance, engagement, and conversion across the searcher journey.
- Partner with design and engineering leadership to resolve cross‑team trade‑offs and ensure a consistent experience across surfaces.
- Represent the searcher experience in cross‑functional planning with marketing, sales, and analytics.
- Coach and develop the Product Managers on your team, building their product judgment and execution rigor.
Basic Qualifications

- Experience with consumer‑facing, high‑traffic search or marketplace products.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable setting and tracking KPIs and using experimentation to validate decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or shipping products with conversational AI, generative AI, or personalization/ranking systems.
- Experience in commercial or residential real estate, or other two‑sided marketplaces.
- Experience partnering with a peer product leader who owns an adjacent, complementary customer segment (e.g., supply vs. demand sides of a marketplace).
