  • Strategic Migration: Develop and execute the transition frameworks (the "carrots and sticks") required to effectively and smoothly migrate existing customers from legacy pricing.
  • Meter Optimization: Own the ongoing effectiveness of the CCU meter, ensuring it remains compelling in the observability market and drives both customer adoption and revenue expansion.

This Role Requires

  • 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud infrastructure, with 6+ years leading product managers.
  • Demonstrated ownership of consumption‑based pricing, monetization strategy, billing infrastructure, or metering systems at an enterprise scale.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision to engineers, executives, and customers alike.
  • A deeply data‑driven mindset, comfortable balancing complex quantitative analysis with strong user empathy.
  • Proven experience influencing cross‑functional partners and executives in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
