  • Lead and evolve PIM as a product‑centric digital backbone across the value chain
  • Develop and coach a high‑performing team of digital product owners
  • Redesign and digitize end‑to‑end workflows, clarifying ownership and dependencies
  • Define and implement the PIM strategy and roadmap aligned to VCM and enterprise priorities
  • Drive adoption so workflows become embedded in day‑to‑day execution
  • Establish data trust through clear ownership, quality standards, and transparency
  • Enable system integration and reuse to reduce duplication and manual work
  • Build positive relationships across Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and VCM
  • Establish a scalable operating model (governance, training, support, lifecycle management)
  • Simplify fragmented processes into cohesive, product‑centric flows
  • Serve as IMSC Quickbase Platform Owner, defining strategy, governance, and standards
  • Lead intake, prioritization, and value realization aligned to business priorities
  • Operate a center of excellence (CoE) to drive adoption, reuse, and standard methodologies
  • Partner with enterprise digital teams to align strategy and influence direction

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and/or Program Leadership
  • Proven track record in business process transformation and workflow digitization
  • Systems‑thinking outlook with focus on improving how work flows across teams
  • Significant experience working with data (i.e., ownership, source of truth, data quality)
  • Excellent communication and executive engagement skills, as well as strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity with accountability and delivery focus
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end value chain operations preferred
  • Experience with Quickbase or low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI) preferred
  • Experience delivering scalable digital solutions with high adoption preferred
  • Experience leading digital products or platform‑based capabilities preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred
  • People leadership experience preferred
  • Requires proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
