Director, Process Chemistry & DS Development

IDEAYA Biosciences in South San Francisco is seeking a Director of CMC Process Chemistry to lead drug substance development and manage CDMOs across preclinical to NDA stages.

You will collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Analytics, Formulation, Toxicology, and Regulatory teams to align DS strategies with aggressive timelines and ensure GMP manufacturing readiness. A strong emphasis on regulatory guidance, cGMP, and cross-functional leadership is required.
