Director, Private Equity Investments – Semiconductor, Technology Hardware

• Build relationships with Entrepreneurs/Founders/CEOs and other Venture Capital investors
• Perform deep due diligence and recommendations of investment opportunities
• Develop deep partnerships with Fidelity's investment teams
• Maintain positive relationships with portfolio companies
• Review terms of each venture capital investment leading and collaborating closely with legal on documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience investing in or analyzing private or public equity securities in the semiconductor/technology hardware sectors
• Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrate the confidence and the maturity to engage with internal and external partners
• Intellectually curious about the private company / venture capital ecosystem
