Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Pricing Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and implement enterprise pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market competitiveness across Infinite Electronics' global portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and executive leadership to analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and financial performance to inform pricing decisions.

As a key leader in the pricing function, the Director will drive process improvements, develop scalable pricing models and governance frameworks, and provide strategic guidance to commercial teams. Success in this role requires a strong background in pricing and strategy, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record of improving revenue growth and profitability.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise pricing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth, profitability, and margin expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and executive leadership to analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance and translate findings into pricing decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate and update pricing strategies based on market changes, competitive intelligence, customer behavior, financial performance, and evolving business needs.
  • Drive process improvements and develop scalable pricing models, segmentation strategies, discount frameworks, and governance processes that optimize pricing execution and increase efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Sales teams on pricing strategies, policies, procedures, and complex customer negotiations.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and recommend adjustments that strengthen revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with Finance to develop pricing metrics, dashboards, key performance indicators, and objectives and key results (OKRs) that track pricing effectiveness and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop pricing and packaging strategies for new products, features, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, pricing methodologies, and commercial best practices, and share relevant insights and knowledge across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations to senior leadership on pricing strategy, performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, business analytics, or revenue management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience developing enterprise pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success improving profitability through strategic pricing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building pricing models and financial analyses.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and executive leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of pricing methodologies, margin optimization, market segmentation, and commercial strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Experience within manufacturing, electronics, technology, industrial distribution, or connectivity industries.
  • Experience implementing enterprise pricing systems or commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting global pricing organizations and multi-channel commercial businesses.
  • Knowledge of pricing optimization software, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and CPQ solutions.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification is preferred.
