The Director of Preceptor Engagement will be responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of the institution‑wide UNMC Preceptor Engagement program and associated initiatives described in the UNMC Strategic Plan. The Director will also serve as a liaison between UNMC and UNL Extension to ensure alignment with community‑based education and health workforce development. The role requires the ability to travel as needed to visit preceptors, clinical sites, and to conduct training and recognition events.
