Director, Pre-Award: Research Funding Strategy Lead

UNC Charlotte in Charlotte, NC seeks a Director, Pre-Award to lead the Office of Sponsored Research Administration and oversee the pre-award team.

You will set standards for proposal budgeting, coordinate submissions as Authorized Organizational Representative, guide PIs, and drive process improvements across sponsor types.

Minimum 7 years in sponsored research administration with a Bachelor's degree; a Master's and CRA/CPRA are preferred.
