Director, Postsecondary Access - Philadelphia

Bryn Mawr College is looking for a Director of Post-Secondary Education to expand The Howley Foundation's scholarship program in Philadelphia. This remote role requires strong leadership in establishing partnerships and ensuring college access for underserved students.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, alongside a passion for supporting disadvantaged high school students. Responsibilities include managing program development, outreach initiatives, and evaluating program success metrics. Local travel may be required.
