- Drive the process across product and platform teams to organize a connected roadmap that recognizes timeframes and dependencies.
- Organize planning events and lead teams through structured planning processes on a consistent cadence.
- Lead the annual budgeting process across product teams and strategic projects.
- Lead executive committee meetings to align strategic priorities and evaluate trade-off options.
- Operate as chief of staff to the CTO - managing the operating rhythm, priorities, and follow-through of the technology leadership team.
- Establish and mature portfolio and program management standards, tools, and delivery disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio or program management, technology strategy, PMO leadership, or technology operations, including leading planning and budgeting processes.
- Experience serving as a chief of staff or senior advisor to a technology or business executive is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building connected roadmaps and leading structured planning across multiple teams.
- Experience owning or leading an annual technology budgeting process.
- Strong command of product operating models, program/portfolio management methods, and planning and roadmap tooling.
- Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Background in hospitality, travel, retail, or enterprise technology preferred.
