About this opportunityWe are seeking an individual to join our Midlands team as a PMO Director, taking ownership of a high-growth portfolio focused on industrial, manufacturing, and logistics programmes. You will provide strategic leadership for the design, mobilisation and delivery of PMO and project controls services across major property and real estate programmes. Drive growth, develop market position and ensure sustainable business performance across our PMO and Controls capability.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead the establishment, mobilisation and ongoing management of PMO functions on major capital projects and programmesTake responsibility for establishing, leading and improving PMO functions, ensuring effective governance, controls, reporting and performance management across major programmes and portfoliosLead senior client relationships, develop PMO strategies and operating modelsLead key client relationships and strategic accounts.Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.Build and maintain a high-performing advisory team.Champion innovation thought leadership and service development.Represent the business at industry, client and executive forums.Ensure governance, compliance and operational excellence.Align UK activity with service innovation programmeUndertake line management Success Measures:Achievement of business plan objectives.Sustainable revenue and profit growth.Client retention, market reputation and team performance.
