This role supports organizational growth, workforce planning, service line development, and long-term pipeline building. Reporting to the VP, Physician Strategy and Business Development, the Director partners with executive, physician, and operational leaders to attract and hire high-quality providers.This role is responsible for developing scalable recruitment strategies, leading complex searches, and delivering a strong candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.Recruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute provider recruitment strategies aligned with growth goalsPartner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring prioritiesBuild talent pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market insightsAdvise on market trends, hiring challenges, and candidate availabilitySearch ExecutionLead high-priority and hard-to-fill physician and APP searchesManage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and negotiationsEnsure a high-quality candidate experienceSupport smooth transition to onboardingOperations & LeadershipOversee recruitment processes, workflows, and performance metricsMonitor pipelines, hiring progress, and time-to-fillEnsure compliance, documentation, and process consistencyIdentify and implement process improvementsStakeholder PartnershipBuild relationships with executive, physician, and operational leadersServe as a strategic advisor on recruitment and market conditionsSupport workforce planning and hiring prioritizationBranding & OutreachPartner with marketing to strengthen employer brandDevelop recruitment campaigns and outreach strategiesBuild relationships with training programs and external partnersRepresent the organization at industry eventsAnalytics & ReportingTrack key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance)Analyze data to improve recruitment outcomesProvide regular updates to leadershipMaintain ATS data and reporting accuracyMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree required; Master's preferred7–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare3–5 years of leadership or strategy experience preferredExperience recruiting physicians and APPs strongly preferredStrong stakeholder management and strategy development experienceExperience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
