Avenzo Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pharmacometrics in San Diego or Remote U.S. You will lead pharmacometrics strategies, apply population PK/PD and exposure–response modeling, and guide dose optimization from early trials through late-stage development.
Travel up to 15% may be required. You will collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Biometrics, and Regulatory teams to shape development plans and support global regulatory submissions and interactions.
