Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Perioperative Services! Sign On Bonus, Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!
Provides multidisciplinary leadership and administrative authority for perioperative patient care units and departments. Assumes service line accountability for the management, development, and performance of perioperative programs, including operating room services and related departments. Responsible for clinical quality, operational outcomes, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Report directly to the CNO, with oversight of OR, Same Day Surgery, PACU, SPD, GI, and perioperative operations.
- 4 Managers under the Director. Depts: OR, SS, PACU, SPD, GI. 250 FTE's,
- 600 cases per month, 18 OR's.
- Director will have to circulate and scrub, not significantly though.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in relevant field of management, policy, or administration
- Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- 10+ years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in nursing administration
