Within the CIO domain, our engagements target the enterprise IT organization—infrastructure, systems of record, cybersecurity, and IT operations—helping portfolio companies embed AI to reduce cost, strengthen resilience, and accelerate IT-enabled business outcomes. You own scope, workplan, client relationships, and financial outcomes end-to-end.
