Midi Health is seeking a Director, People Operations to architect the operating system for the People function, designing cadences, governance, and scalable processes as the company grows. You will lead how the People team operates, delivering predictable, designed experiences across the employee lifecycle.
In this role you will own lifecycle operations, analytics, HR systems, compliance and risk management, and cross-functional partnerships with Talent, IT, Finance, and Product.
